In this workshop we want to discuss how persuasive tech- nologies can be designed for and evaluated in challenging contexts. By challenging contexts we mean environments which go beyond desktop and mobile computing. Examples are cars, factories, public spaces, hos- pitals etc. We want to bring to together researchers and practitioners to discuss the specific characteristics of these contexts and how they influence the design and evaluation of persuasive technologies.
